Politique de remboursement
We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order within the United States. You can return your product for store credit, a different product (if available) or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted and all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have all tags attached (if applicable) and be returned in their original condition
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and not be placed OTB (on the babe)
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after the 14 day window. If you have any questions about this or your order, you can email us at email@example.com
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a message @jemmaandway within the 14 day return policy
- We will then email you a pre-paid shipping label (within the United States) that you can print from home
- Send all items back to us using the label provided and hopefully the compostable mailer (it can be used again!)
- International Orders: returns & exchanges will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and the customer may be expected to pay for any and all shipping fees associated with the return or exchange.
- Sold Out Items: we offer store credit or a full refund back for any item that is out of stock or sold out.
- Lost Orders: we understand how frustrating this is and will offer a free replacement of the item if currently available. Please allow up to 27 days for the USPS to deliver the package (due to COVID) before noting the order as lost. If you determine your item has been lost through the post you may contact the post directly with your tracking number and contact us to decide how best to proceed.
